LOTT provides wastewater management services for the urban areas of Lacey, Olympia, and Tumwater in Thurston County, Washington. LOTT’s mission is to protect public health and the environment by cleaning water and recovering resources for our community.
L-O-T-T stands for the four government partners – Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, and Thurston County. LOTT is a non-profit corporation with a special purpose – to treat and clean wastewater, produce Class A reclaimed water, and plan ahead to meet our communities’ growing wastewater management needs.
LOTT operates a complex system of treatment plants and related infrastructure that represents one of our communities’ largest regional investments, worth over $1 billion.
