Farra Layne Hayes is the Director of Communications and Outreach. As an expert in communications, stakeholder relations, community outreach and partnership development, Farra’s career has centered on bringing diverse voices to the table to build trust, seek common ground and find solutions to resolve issues. She has worked in the public, private and higher education sectors. Farra is a graduate of The Evergreen State College, completing her Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in management and public administration. She joined the LOTT team in 2024.
