This RV dump station is open regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm, and closed weekends and holidays. The station is free for RV use. Approved commercial haulers with active LOTT accounts may also access the station. Use of the site is for disposal of wastewater from toilets, showers, and/or sinks. No other wastes are accepted. LOTT accepts waste from specific commercial sources, which include portable toilets, storm drain cleaning, greywater, mobile carpet cleaners, mobile food vendors, and STEP tanks that are managed by our partner cities. Commercial haulers and businesses with these types of loads must apply to use the dump station. Once approved, they are issued access cards that allow station use 24 hours a day. This hauled waste station is closed to commercially-hauled septage waste discharges. The closure is necessary to ensure that LOTT can reliably treat wastewater and meet the requirements of our National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. The discharge of highly concentrated waste from septic tanks was compromising LOTT’s ability to meet permit requirements consistently.
